Blood transfusion training for non-KHP staff
Blood transfusion training for non-KHP staff
King’s College Hospital and Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust have developed a cross-Trust e-learning mandatory Blood Transfusion training package as part of a King’s Health Partners (KHP) initiative. The roll out will see the introduction of 12 new transfusion training modules using a new and improved Articulate 360 package sponsored by KHP. The aim is to create a standardised training resource for all sites to train staff involved in the transfusion process across six hospital sites within KHP who transfuse blood components to their patients.
