South East London Blood Pressure Workshop
South East London Blood Pressure Workshop
We know that how well and how long people live can be strongly influenced by 5 key things (we call this the Vital 5). The Vital 5 are: blood pressure, smoking status, alcohol intake, obesity and our mental health. The more we focus on these issues, the more people are likely to live longer, healthier lives.
This recorded workshop maps out the key issues around blood pressure in south east London and what is already happening to help. It includes talks from some key experts and people in south east London, plus outlines new and creative ideas to tackle blood pressure.
